The kk11 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. kk11 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be voided, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

kk11 targets adult players in Bangladesh. Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to register or use the platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing kk11 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. kk11 makes no warranty that access to the platform is lawful in any particular location.

Employees of kk11, its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, game providers, and payment processors, as well as immediate family members of such employees, are prohibited from holding a player account or participating in any real-money gaming activity on the platform. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the employee or family member is located in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. kk11 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources and may request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal associated with that deposit.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Players must complete any applicable identity verification (KYC) process before a withdrawal can be approved. kk11 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes specified in the cashier section, though processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. kk11 is not liable for delays attributable to the player's payment provider.

kk11 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. The platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time. Where a player is unable to satisfactorily demonstrate the legitimate source of funds deposited to their account, kk11 may freeze the account balance, suspend the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by law. Cooperation with kk11's AML requests is a condition of continued platform access.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kk11 platform: (a) colluding with other players to influence game outcomes; (b) using software, bots, scripts, or tools to automate play or gain an unfair advantage; (c) exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature; (d) engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith; (e) using the platform to launder money or conduct any other unlawful financial activity; (f) threatening, harassing, or abusing kk11 support staff or other players. kk11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct without prior notice and without obligation to return any funds held in the account.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period through the account settings panel. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market. kk11 will make reasonable efforts to ensure that self-excluded players do not receive promotional communications during the exclusion period. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the elected period has elapsed will not be honoured.

Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting kk11 support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any obligations the player may have accrued prior to the closure request.
